Michaels

Michaels is alot different since they moved to the current location; seems like they don't have the variety and stock that they use to have. Most of the time I don't find what I'm looking for. I also don't like how online it says that they have a specific item, then when I get there, they don't have it. Sometimes It's cool to go in to see what they are offering for different seasons; the seasonal items are usually nice but can be pricey if they aren't on sale. The displays in Michaels are normally neat and organized; the store is normally clean. The restrooms are normally pretty decent. Checkout runs pretty smooth, even if there is a line. Hunter has great customer service, and is always polite. As fas as parking goes, there is plenty of parking spaces and normally close parks are available if needed. You may be able to find what you need here.

I did not feel good about my visit at all today. I asked Shannon for help multiple times but she was more invested in putting items on a shelf. When I told her that “I may have overlooked a item that I was looking for, can you please come and help me find it” she then said if it’s not over there we don’t have it. after searching for the item for about 10 minutes for my CUSTOMER I finally asked someone else for Help (as this makes the 3rd time), who then told me he could not help because he was on the register and that he would get someone else to help me. It is at that point that I can hear them talking to each other on their walkie-talkies about me and how I am the same person who’s already asked for help multiple times that did not make me feel good at all once the lady with the short blonde hair cut, arrived to help me the energy was very unpleasant as I can tell that she was not happy to help me. Luckily, I was purchasing this item for a customer, so I don’t have to worry about bringing my business back, but for the future, I won’t accept any orders for this company at this location again.
